1940′s Supper Club Wedding

1940's-Supper-Club-Wedding

Fred & Angie love ballroom dancing, so a 1940′s Supper Club wedding was the perfect fit for this dancing duo. They even hosted their wedding at a local dance studio beautifully transformed by Kindt Events with a little help from Tony Foss Flowers, Marianne’s Rentals, Innovative Event Solutions and Ideas In Ice. They even had girls toting these cute trays of candy cigarettes and chocolate cigars. Guests arrived dressed for this 1940′s occasion walking the red carpet entrance to pose for a commemorative photo with all the fun props to boot.

After some cocktails and h’orderves, Fred awaited Angie on the dance floor, where he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him, to which she replied, “I will.” Following their short and sweet ceremony, guests enjoyed dinner and dancing the night away to the tunes of the Kip Curtis Band. It was a great evening and everyone enjoyed viewing this Wedding Day Film to cap off this memorable occasion. Slip your dancing shoes on and take a peek at this fun 1940′s themed Wedding Day Edit.

Marland Mansion Wedding | Kati + Orie

This winter wedding  just sparkles. The Wedding Belle turned the church’s activity center into an amazing ceremony location with the help of Innovative Event Solutions for Kati & Orie’s nuptials by draping the entire room and adding the three elegant chandeliers. With girls sharing flowers as they walked down the aisle to the little boys ringing the bells to announce the Bride is coming so many played a part in this wonderful celebration of marriage. I just loved Kati & Orie’s personal vows to one another and they also did cross ceremony representing their commitment to one another.

It was off to the Marland Mansion for their reception with crystal trees, splashes of pale pink & icey blue. Kati & Orie shared a romantic first dance and then it was time to greet their guests. All the guys loved Orie’s groom’s cake by Mishelle Handy Cakes topped with an awesome Bass that didn’t get away, not mention she has the absolute best chocolate cake in Oklahoma. We shared a Wedding Day Edit to close out a great evening and they departed in the classic car with snowflakes falling, it was magical!  Hit play to see their wedding film highlight!

It was off to Marland Mansion for the reception with the upper floor dressed in an icy turquoise blue and the lower was lavished in pale pink with touches of silver and crystals. Skirvin Wedding Decor | The Wedding Belle

Looking for some wedding inspiration for your wedding decor? Check out this beautiful Skirvin Hotel Wedding designed by The Wedding Belle. With off white, champagne and some pale pink accents the florals and decor looked stunning with a touch of sparkle too. Marianne’s Rentals always has the most elegant linens and chair treatments, we loved the broaches on each chair. For all you video gamer grooms… you will appreciate the Groom’s cake from Mishelle Handy Cakes. Ideas In Ice also added a nice touch for one of the Groom’s hobbies. Innovative Event Solutions added the perfect touch of lighting throughout the Skirvin ballroom to light up the night.

One cool factor regarding this decor was the room flip. Half the Skirvin ballroom was used for the wedding ceremony and then flipped during the cocktail hour, while guests enjoyed h’orderves and cocktails in the foyer. It was quite a feat and we were able to capture the ballroom filp on film. Click, watch and be inspired!
