Marland Mansion Wedding | Kati + Orie

This winter wedding  just sparkles. The Wedding Belle turned the church’s activity center into an amazing ceremony location with the help of Innovative Event Solutions for Kati & Orie’s nuptials by draping the entire room and adding the three elegant chandeliers. With girls sharing flowers as they walked down the aisle to the little boys ringing the bells to announce the Bride is coming so many played a part in this wonderful celebration of marriage. I just loved Kati & Orie’s personal vows to one another and they also did cross ceremony representing their commitment to one another.

It was off to the Marland Mansion for their reception with crystal trees, splashes of pale pink & icey blue. Kati & Orie shared a romantic first dance and then it was time to greet their guests. All the guys loved Orie’s groom’s cake by Mishelle Handy Cakes topped with an awesome Bass that didn’t get away, not mention she has the absolute best chocolate cake in Oklahoma. We shared a Wedding Day Edit to close out a great evening and they departed in the classic car with snowflakes falling, it was magical!  Hit play to see their wedding film highlight!

Winter Wedding Decor from The Wedding Belle

Dreaming of a winter wonderland for your wedding? Designer, Robyn Martin of The Wedding Belle gave this winter wedding a touch of wonder from the ceremony to the reception. Innovative Event Solutions draped the entire church activity center to give it the magical touch of a fairy tale.

It was off to Marland Mansion for the reception with the upper floor dressed in an icy turquoise blue and the lower was lavished in pale pink with touches of silver and crystals. With catering by Cheevor’s Catering, rentals from Marianne’s Rentals, ice scupltures from Ideas in Ice, amazing cakes from Mishelle Handy Cakes and beautiful florals from Hydrangea Florals, this wedding decor was meant to inspire. Oh, we can’t forget the snow machines for their departure from IES.

Gov. Mary Fallin’s Ponca City Pre-Inaugural Ball

It was an honor to capture one of Gov. Mary Fallin's Pre Inaugural Balls in Ponca City, OK as the first woman to serve as Oklahoma Governor. The Marland Mansion was the setting for this historic Inaugural Ball. With Wade Tower on the upper floor and the Dueling Pianos on the lower floor there was never a lack of entertainment. Many Oklahoma vendors participated in this grand occasion to make it a great success.
