We had to share just a few things their a WOW about this wedding.

The white orchids suspended on clear acrylic poles gave an illusion of a waterfall of orchids for the wedding ceremony on the floating dock.

Dinner was served in a tent lavished in sequin lines, natural centerpieces laced with orchids and floral chandeliers.

The cake was suspended to give the illusion it was floating over the acrylic dance floor over the pool. Yes, they were dancing over water.

Family Traditions | Emmalee + Ben

Groom Gives Bridal Bouquet

It was just a year ago to the day, we were capturing Emmalee and Ben’s engagement party. And now a year later, it is their wedding day. Their wedding day steeped in their heritage and family traditions designed and orchestrated by The Wedding Belle. They were both so excited to marry one another. Emmalee and Ben put so much thought into the details of their wedding day. While their love for one another shown through, it was their thoughtfulness and compassion for others that captured our hearts.

Emmalee’s Dad could hardly wait to see his sweet daughter in her wedding gown. He had purchased her an heirloom to wear on her wedding day, a pearl bracelet. He was so excited to give it to her. As a child Emmalee’s Dad always sang the song Edelweiss to her. Well Edelweiss is also a very delicate flower. Emmalee asked The Fleuriste to make her Father a special boutonniere from Edelweiss. As she gave him the boutonniere, she shared the memory of him singing to her as a child. As she spoke the words, he said maybe we could dance to that this evening. And yes, Wade Tower sang it beautifully as they waltzed for their Father Daughter Dance to Eldelweiss.

Father of the Bride and Bride exchange gifts on daughter's wedding day

Mark was quick to share how Ben distributed his gifts to all ten of his Groomsmen and shared something special about each one of them in the Groom’s room. But the single yellow rose in every floral arrangement caught our eye and had us asking why the single yellow rose. It was in honor of Ben’s late Father, who always included a rose in every bouquet of flowers he had given to Ben’s Mother. He must have been smiling from heaven at Ben’s thoughtfulness to carry on his tradition on his wedding day with the single yellow rose in his memory.

Ben you are the handsome prince, who married your one and only princess, Emmalee. May your love and thoughtfulness grow and flourish with each passing year as you & Emmalee carry on your family traditions and values. We hope the two of you will also add a few new family traditions as well. Wishing you nothing but lots of love and kisses! ~Mark + Trisha

Valentines Wedding Day Edit | Whitney + Trip

Trinity Episcopal Tulsa Wedding

Whitney & Trip’s Valentines Wedding was for the romantic at heart. Their romance began while attending OSU, in a writing class. So for these two OSU alums, their alma mater played a big role in their wedding day. A Pistol Pete ice sculpture and large photo of Boone Pickens stadium dressed in OSU orange was displayed on the Groom’s cake table.
When Pistol Pete arrived with guns blazing the fun really began for their Mayo Reception. The Pistol Pete appearance was a big hit for wedding guests to get a photo op with the OSU mascot.

Pistol Pete Makes Tulsa Wedding Appearance

Whitney’s love language is gift giving. She is so thoughtful of others. How fitting for a Valentines Wedding but to send those you love a special Valentine. She delivered heartfelt cards to many special people in her life on her wedding day. Trip even sent her one as well, bringing a few tears to her eyes.

When it came time for the ceremony, Trip took a deep breath as Whitney and her Dad appeared to grace the aisle at Trinity Episcopal. This was his first opportunity to see his Bride on their wedding day. I don’t think he was disappointed. She looked stunning in her ballroom gown with its sparkling bodice.

Wedding Day Edit in the Country | Emily + Chance

Bride and Groom and Wedding Cake Topper

The McGranahan Barn was the perfect setting for Emily & Chance’s wedding in the country designed and coordinated by The Wedding Belle. They have both grown up on farms in southwestern Oklahoma, so they were right home getting married in a meadow and dancing the night away in the newly restored historic McGranahan Barn. The meadow was lined with over 400 chairs all surrounding the a beautiful gazebo touting a crystal chandelier for their outdoor ceremony. The Bride and Bridesmaids all circled the aisles passing every guests to make their way to the alter. It was amazing.

Then it was off to the historic barn to celebrate. And it was quite the party, guests enjoyed a lucious strolling dinner by Cheever’s Catering and BTP Productions kept the dance floor going all night long. We closed out the evening with family and friends gathered round to watch their Wedding Day Edit. There were some tears, smiles and lots of cheers when it finished.
